Google Chrome's DPI Fail

This is a screenshot comparing Firefox and Chrome in Windows 7:
The blurriness you see in Chrome is due to Chrome's apparent failure to be DPI- (dots per inch) aware. This happens after setting fonts and icons to be 150% of their size, thus Chrome apparently gets scaled. Chrome obviously ignores what the user (I) want, and decides there should be a grand unified DPI to rule them all. Perhaps there's a solution; in my opinion this is something that should work "out of the box." I'm a computer programmer, and I wasn't able to solve this in 10 minutes of mucking around. I even submitted a bug. To Google I say: Fail! Granted, this is a bit of a bourgeois problem.
